* President - term 2 years - chairs executive committee, deals with correspondence with HDSHA, represents HDSHA at all Ontario Sledge Hockey Association meetings, represents HDSHA at all full board Hamilton Minor Hockey Council meetings, sits on the HMHC referee development committee, schedules all association ice, coordinates referee requirements for games.

* Secretary - term 2 years - member of the executive committee, responsible for the minutes of all executive committee meetings, deals with correspondence as necessary.

* Treasurer - term 2 years - member of the executive committee, responsible for all financial issues within HDSHA, keeps the association's financial records, responsible for monthly reports to the executive committee.

* Fundraiser - term 2 years - member of the executive committee, responsible for heading HDSHA fundraising, its development and implementation
